  We accept any of the following proof of income: pay stubs, employment letter if you don’t have two recent pay stubs due to a new job, proof of business income, self-employment income, retirement income, social security income, bank statements, Section 8 or any other verifiable proof of income.

• All adults (anyone 18 years old or older) that will be living at the property must fully complete the application and screening.
